Handcrafted Nature
Our products are handcrafted using traditional methods. As a result, there may be slight variations in size, shape, weight, and color between batches. This is a characteristic of handmade products and not a defect.
Shelf Life & Storage
We provide storage instructions for all our food products. We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage by the customer after delivery.
Allergen Warning
Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts, sesame seeds, dairy (ghee), and wheat. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of allergens.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Important: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds/Replacements: Refunds or replacements are only issued if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
