Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our kitchen. A 100% refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Due to the perishable nature of our premium food products and preparation process, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been handed over to our trusted courier partner. Each product is freshly made and dispatched within hours of preparation.

Returns and Refunds

No Returns Policy

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns of open food packets. Our products are prepared in controlled, hygienic environments and once opened, cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged package, incorrect item, or any quality concern, please follow these steps:

  • Send clear photos/video to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery
  • Our quality team will review within 4 hours
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at your preference
